The Clos des Verdots
The ‘Clos des Verdots’ is our vineyard’s signature wine and the ultimate expression of our terroir. The white and rosé wines are marked by a certain freshness, and the reds by a structure and a decisive roundness. Calling out to be shared, they are perfect for simple moments with friends and family. Made with the greatest precision, they are matured in vats for up to 18 months.
Clos des Verdots : Bergerac Rouge
This wine, composed mainly of Merlot, comes from our youngest vines.
Gourmet and fruity, this Bergerac Red will remarkably accompany a whole meal. Its aromas of red fruits slightly spiced will sublimate your platters of cold meats and cheeses or your summer barbecues.

Clos des Verdots : Bergerac Sec
This very aromatic and fruity dry Bergerac is made mostly from young Sauvignon Blanc vines. The Semillon and Muscadelle give this blend a touch of roundness and a saline finish.
To be served chilled as an aperitif, with a seafood platter or grey shrimps.

Clos des Verdots : Bergerac Rosé
This Bergerac Rosé is a fruity wine with a lot of freshness. At the end of the mouth, it is soft and greedy.
Composed in majority of Cabernet-Sauvignon, it will be the ideal partner of your Caesar salads or fishes à la plancha throughout the summer.
It can be kept for a maximum of 2 years. We advise to drink it young.Technical sheet
Clos des Verdots: Côtes de Bergerac Moelleux
This sweet white wine made from Semillon and Muscadelle grapes, reveals a generous and harmonious mouth with aromas of candied fruits and hazelnuts. Its fine nose honors the sweetness of saffron and acacia honey.
It is perfect as an aperitif, with foie gras from the South-West, as a dessert with a fruit tart or with blue cheese.
Keeps for about 10 years. We advise to serve it chilled.Technical sheet
