Grand Vin "Les Verdots"

The “Noblesse Range” of the Vignoble des Verdots offers three great wines: a “Côtes de Bergerac Rouge”, a “Bergerac Sec” and a “Monbazillac”, enough to delight the most experienced taste buds. These great wines are cuvées for aging from exceptional terroirs. To guarantee this quality, disbudding, green harvesting, leaf stripping, manual harvesting at good maturity, successive sorting of botrytised grains, fermentation and aging in new French oak barrels are all the reasons why of this wine, a Grand Vin. Grand Vin des Verdots: Côtes de Bergerac Red

This "Grand Vin", from our greatest terroirs, combines power and finesse with silky tannins and lots of volume.

It is a wine for long aging (10/15 years).

We recommend serving it with red meats, duck or game.

This "Grand Vin" brings together fat, length, fruit, elegance and persistence. It is an excellent wine to keep (10 years)

Serving advice: fish in sauce, white meats, hard cheeses, risotto.

Grand Vin des Verdots: Monbazillac

Made from a unique blend of Sémillon and Muscadelle, this great liqueur is made from at least 5 sortings from October to November with a rigorous selection at each passage.

In line with great sweet wines, this straw-yellow Monbazillac reveals its aromas of candied fruit, of great generosity.

We advise you to serve it as an aperitif, with foie gras, or with desserts.

Excellent wine for aging (25 years).
