Chateau Les Tours des Verdots

Chateau Les Tours des Verdots

The ‘Les Tours des Verdots’ wines are balanced and powerful. They are a perfect combination of finesse and substance. These are supremely elegant Bergerac wines. They are the result of a rigorous and meticulous selection of berries, as well as a delicate blend, and are aged in French oak barrels.

Château Les Tours des Verdots: Bergerac Sec

This wine is a blend of our 4 grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Semillon and Muscadelle. With a beautiful complexity and with a lot of elegance, this dry white wine reveals a rich aromatic palette on notes of white flesh fruits, citrus fruits and magnolia flowers.

This dry Bergerac will sublimate a nice piece of veal, Italian pasta with seafood or hard cheeses (abondance, comté...).

It can be kept for about 5 to 7 years.

Château Les Tours des Verdots: Monbazillac

This sweet wine is made exclusively from botrytized grapes, from a selection of noble grapes by successive sorting of bunches at perfect maturity. Its richness and substance are the result of its ageing in barrels for 24 months.

This Monbazillac has a smooth mouthfeel and a powerful palate, with sweet aromas of honey and exotic fruits sublimated by a vanilla finish of a rare length.

It will be ideal on its own or with a toasted foie gras on gingerbread or with a dark chocolate fondant.

Kept for a minimum of 15 years.
